ABOUT

I am bryan MAN

From a young age, Bryan discovered his passion for sport and health. After completing various studies and courses, he began working as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach since 2018. His interest in calisthenics led him to further deepen his knowledge of how personal training, physiotherapy and lifestyle coaching can work hand in hand to optimize health and performance.

After obtaining his master’s degree, Bryan also started working as a researcher at Vrije Universiteit. His scientific approach allows him to gain a broader and deeper understanding of the human body and the impact of movement on health. With his combined expertise in physical well-being and science, Bryan strives to help others achieve their health goals in a holistic and evidence-based way

His goal is to help you create a lasting positive impact, fostering change across all aspects of your life. His focus is to understand your individual needs to create a training plan. Teaching you something you haven’t experienced before and introducing you to new exercises and movements he founds incredibly rewarding.

How IT STARTED 

My passion for fitness started at the early age of 15 when I began training. As a rookie I had many questions. Where do I start? Which exercises are good for me? And am I doing it right?

​

Throughout the years I gained experience in creating training programs and working out. After a few years of training, my next goal was to run the 42km Rotterdam marathon. But because of the lack of experience and a good periodised training program, I sustained multiple injuries.

​

I never wanted to be injured again, so my next goal was to train smarter and more sustainable. 

 

I educated myself about fitness and nutrition through various courses. The courses taught me the importance of stability training and having a good posture.

​
