I am bryan MAN
Coach Bryan stepped into the world of personal training in 2018 and never looked back since. Besides holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and physiotherapy his greatest source of education come from his hands-on experience. Currently he’s studying the master musculoskeletal physiotherapy sciences at the Vrije universiteit to be able to offer more in in dept knowledge. His multi-faceted expertise in calisthenics, physiotherapy, fitness, nutrition and scientific knowledge will for sure help you create a healthier, happier life.

His goal is to help you create a lasting positive impact, fostering change across all aspects of your life. His focus is to understand your individual needs to create a training plan. Teaching you something you haven’t experienced before and introducing you to new exercises and movements he founds incredibly rewarding.

How IT STARTED
My passion for fitness started at the early age of 15 when I began training. As a rookie I had many questions. Where do I start? Which exercises are good for me? And am I doing it right?

Throughout the years I gained experience in creating training programs and working out. After a few years of training, my next goal was to run the 42km Rotterdam marathon. But because of the lack of experience and a good periodised training program, I sustained multiple injuries.
​
I never wanted to be injured again, so my next goal was to train smarter and more sustainable.
I educated myself about fitness and nutrition through various courses. The courses taught me the importance of stability training and having a good posture.
